They are backing infiltrators, PM Modi criticized the RJD and Congress.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at a rally in Gaya, Bihar, where he criticized the Congress and RJD parties. He accused them of ignoring Bihar and viewing its people as just votes. He remembered how a former Congress Chief Minister once said that Biharis would not be allowed into his state. Despite such comments, he pointed out that the RJD stayed quiet. Modi stated, We will not let outsiders take away the rights of the people of Bihar. The RJD and Congress support them and play politics of favoritism. The people of Bihar need to be cautious of such parties and their leaders.

He added that no major project has ever been completed in Bihar under the RJD and Congress. They did not work for the people's welfare but focused on enriching themselves instead.

Focusing on the RJD, PM Modi said that during its lantern rule, Bihar endured violence, poor education, job shortages, and youth migration. He emphasized that the NDA government aims to provide jobs, respect, and opportunities to young people in Bihar, helping them stay in their home state.

He claimed that opposing parties were against the Constitution (130th Amendment) Bill because many of their leaders were in jail or out on bail. This Bill suggests that the Prime Minister, chief ministers, and ministers should be removed from office if they are jailed or detained for 30 days on serious charges.

Modi argued that if government employees lose their jobs after being jailed for 50 hours, politicians should face the same rules. He recalled instances where files and orders were signed from jail, describing it as a sign of corrupt governance. He stated that the NDA government has introduced a law against corruption which even includes the Prime Minister.

Ahead of Modi’s visit, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav mocked the Prime Minister, saying he would perform the Pind Daan of Nitish Kumar’s politics in Gaya. In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Lalu accused Modi of vote theft and stated that Nitish’s political career was ending. In response, RJD MP Manoj Jha mentioned that Lalu often uses metaphors for political messages. He urged the Prime Minister to help bring industries to Bihar, instead of keeping it a labor supplier for other states.

On the topic of illegal immigration, Jha claimed that the demographic balance in Bihar's border areas was changing quickly and accused the RJD and Congress of supporting outsiders.

During his visit, Modi launched and laid the foundation stone for projects worth about Rs 13,000 crore in Gaya. He also held a significant roadshow alongside Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and addressed a large public audience.

On Friday, Prime Minister Modi announced several projects valued at Rs 6,880 crore in electoral-focused Bihar's Gaya district. He criticized the previous RJD government, stating that Gaya was neglected during their rule. The RJD did not care for the poor; they only focused on their vote bank. Today, we are taking steps to build industries in Bihar.

Modi also criticized the Congress, mentioning that a government in Telangana insulted Biharis by saying they wouldn’t be allowed there. He noted that a Congress Chief Minister claimed he would not let Biharis enter his state. No one can forget Congress’ disdain for the people of Bihar. Despite witnessing Congress’ mistreatment of Biharis, the RJD remained inactive. The NDA is working hard to ensure that the youth of Bihar can find jobs in their state, gain respect, and stay with their families, Modi said.

He praised the criminal Neta Bill in Bihar, saying that if a government employee is jailed for over 50 hours, they get automatically suspended. However, a Chief Minister or Prime Minister should not be able to exercise power from prison. We just saw a CM running a government from jail and issuing orders. From now on, those who go to jail cannot govern.
